Pitch win - Slugs beware!

We’ve been knee-deep in slugs, after being appointed to carry out a full product launch for Certis UK, who are a leading player in crop protection. Certis needed a partner to help bring their brand-new slug killer, Sluxx, successfully to market. We were appointed to fulfil all of the marketing elements for this new product.

Sluxx is a welcome development in it's market, as it is highly cost-effective and can be used on all edible and non-edible crops. And more importantly, contains a particular ingredient (ferric phosphate), which has a very low impact on all non-target organisms and an excellent environmental profile which means that Sluxx is an ideal product for slug control.

We designed an extensive campaign for Sluxx, using a powerful 'Red X' theme, that was used across a variety of marketing communications platforms. We produced technical literature, a series of digital marketing elements and even designed the packaging.

Creative solutions for business

solutions-for-business3.jpg

This month sees our first pieces of 'Solutions for Business' work published under our new contract with East Midlands Development Agency.

Solutions for Business is a suite of publicly funded products and services offering solutions to real business needs and tackling market failure. We were tasked with creating all of the marketing materials for Grant for Research and Development, for use in the East Midlands and potential use by other providers nationally.

It was great to see our hand-drawn illustrations in print across the suite of Grant for Research and Development marketing materials. And, we're looking forward to seeing some of the innovative companies that will benefit from this grant.

Global reach

CentricalStand.jpg

We've been appointed to carry out a full branding project, comprehensive marketing and launch campaign for a new clinical trial feasibility company. Centrical enlisted us to create a new company name and logo, and apply this strong branding through all aspects of the companies launch.

We designed and built a new website, produced a full suite of corporate stationery and supported Centrical at their key trade show, the DIA event in San Diego, designing and producing corporate brochures, branded USB sticks, presentation aids and an impressive exhibition display.

Following their successful introduction into the marketplace at the DIA, we are now going on to produce the second phase of marketing materials, which will include a e-marketing campaign, direct mail and advertising.

We're really excited to be helping launch such a unique new company that is really going to revolutionise its market!

Teeing off

We're pleased to announce that we've been appointed to carry out a full re-brand for well-established, local company McCann, who operate nationally in the street lighting, cabling and communications industry. We have designed a distinctive new company logo for the organisation and are now working on a whole range of marketing materials to incorporate the new brand identity.

With creating everything from vehicle livery and corporate literature to a whole new website and much more in-between, we've had a lot to get our teeth into! Not to forget a whole range of promotional materials for a recent corporate golf event, which launched the new branding to a range of clients and business contacts for McCann.

Team efforts

m360 played host to some important guests this month, as we helped to promote National Tackling Drugs Week. We welcomed several members of Nottingham County Council, along with four students from local colleges who were taking part in a week-long drug awareness scheme. We were also joined by Anne Halliday from the Government Office East Midlands and Peter Grime, from the Drug Intervention Programme at the Home Office in London.

We were happy to help the students to design their own web banner, that will feature on the intranets of local colleges, to show their peers what they'd learnt from the week. Their chosen banner reflected a consequence of the cocaine market that the students found particularly interesting - the environmental damage caused to South American rainforests, leading to deforestation and extinction. The finished article looked pretty impressive!
